Can we subscribe without an implementation project?
Yes. If your team can install and run Haechi, you can start with a subscription alone, including AI usage. Setup and data integration support are quoted separately.
What costs are additional to the subscription?
AI usage beyond your plan’s included allowance is billed on demand. Implementation projects and add-ons are priced separately.
How are user fees calculated?
Your monthly bill includes a base fee plus a fee per user account. Each account counts as one user.
Does the subscription include AI usage?
Yes. Haechi OS includes a base AI allowance, and Pro+ includes more. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed on demand.
Do we need to buy add-ons?
No. You can build your own setup. Add-ons are optional tools that help you get started faster.
What does the partnership include?
Training, operational support, and agreed agent development and improvements. Additional features or custom development are scoped and scheduled separately.
What happens to our data and outputs if we cancel?
Rights to data and outputs are separate from the product's terms of use. Before contract, we explain the export scope and post-termination conditions.
